AIM Project Finalises Its AI Training Curriculum for MSMEs Across Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n

Co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, the AIM Project proudly announces the finalisation of its multilingual training curriculum \u2014 a comprehensive educational framework designed to equip micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and the VET community with the competences needed to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business practice responsibly and effectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After a two-year process of research, mapping, and pilot testing, the AIM Project (Artificial Intelligence for MSMEs)<\/strong> has reached a key milestone: the finalisation of its AI Training Curriculum<\/strong>. Developed through Work Package 3 (WP3) and building on the evidence collected in the needs assessment under WP2, the curriculum represents a complete and practice-oriented pathway<\/strong> for MSMEs and VET professionals to strengthen their digital readiness and leadership in the AI era.<\/p>\n

This achievement marks a decisive step in making AI accessible, ethical, and actionable<\/strong> for Europe\u2019s small business ecosystem.<\/p>\n

The final AIM curriculum consists of seven modules and twenty-one learning units<\/strong>, each addressing a specific dimension of AI adoption in business. The curriculum offers a progressive learning path<\/strong> \u2014 from understanding foundational concepts to implementing, managing, and evaluating AI solutions in real business environments.<\/p>\n

Each module combines conceptual grounding with applied learning, practical exercises, and ethical reflection, ensuring that participants can translate AI knowledge into immediate value.<\/p>\n

The AIM Curriculum is designed in alignment with the EntreComp (Entrepreneurship Competence Framework)<\/strong> and the DigComp (Digital Competence Framework)<\/strong> of the European Commission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This alignment ensures that the curriculum not only transfers technical knowledge but also develops the entrepreneurial mindset<\/strong>, digital confidence<\/strong>, and strategic thinking<\/strong> required for effective and responsible AI adoption.<\/p>\n

All modules will be available through the AIM Digital Warehouse<\/strong>, the project\u2019s multilingual open-access platform. The curriculum will be offered in six European languages, allowing businesses, educators, and learners across the continent to benefit from high-quality, research-based training resources \u2014 free of charge.<\/p>\n

With this final curriculum, AIM consolidates its role as a bridge between innovation, education, and entrepreneurship<\/strong>, empowering Europe\u2019s MSMEs to lead in the responsible and human-centric use of Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n
