AIM Project Launches a Comprehensive AI Training Curriculum for MSMEs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, the AIM Project introduces a structured, multilingual training curriculum designed to help micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across Europe develop the competences and confidence required to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) effectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on the findings from the needs analysis and mapping activities<\/strong> conducted under Work Package 2 (WP2), the AIM Project (Artificial Intelligence for MSMEs)<\/strong> has developed a practical, evidence-based training curriculum<\/strong> under Work Package 3 (WP3). This curriculum addresses the actual needs and challenges identified among MSME operators, offering a clear learning path for those seeking to integrate AI tools into business operations, marketing, and customer engagement.<\/p>\n

The AIM Training Curriculum is based on data collected during WP2, which identified significant gaps in digital readiness, strategic understanding, and technical skills <\/strong>across Europe\u2019s small business ecosystem.<\/p>\n

These insights shaped the structure of a seven-module curriculum<\/strong> that progressively develops AI awareness and applied competence<\/strong>, bridging the gap between abstract technology and daily business practice.<\/p>\n

Each module combines introductory theory with practical applications, case studies, and tool demonstrations. Together, they provide MSME managers, entrepreneurs, and VET professionals with a coherent and accessible pathway to digital transformation:<\/p>\n

  2. Identifying Repetitive Tasks for Automation<\/strong> \u2013 Learning to detect everyday processes that can be streamlined with AI tools.<\/li>\n
  3. Using AI Tools for Communication and Marketing<\/strong> \u2013 Exploring how AI enhances content creation, branding, and customer engagement.<\/li>\n
  4. Getting Started with AI-Powered Productivity Tools<\/strong> \u2013 Applying AI solutions to project management, scheduling, and workflow optimisation.<\/li>\n
  5. Introduction to AI in Customer Service<\/strong> \u2013 Using AI to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  6. Protecting Your Data and Understanding AI Ethics<\/strong> \u2013 Understanding responsible, transparent, and ethical AI use in business.<\/li>\n
  7. Evaluating ROI and Scaling AI Use<\/strong> \u2013 Measuring impact, assessing cost-effectiveness, and expanding AI adoption sustainably.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Each module has been carefully designed in alignment with the EntreComp (Entrepreneurship Competence Framework)<\/strong> and DigComp (Digital Competence Framework)<\/strong> of the European Commission<\/strong>.
    \nThis alignment ensures that learning outcomes correspond to recognised European standards, strengthening participants\u2019 knowledge, skills, and attitudes<\/strong> in both entrepreneurship and digital transformation.<\/p>\n
