This overwhelming response underscores both the <strong>relevance of the content<\/strong> and the <strong>urgent demand for structured, accessible training for freelancers<\/strong> in the evolving digital economy.<\/p>\n<p>The piloting activity was carried out in all partner countries \u2014 <strong>Italy, Spain, Estonia, Croatia <\/strong>\u2014 through local testing events, online sessions, and blended workshops. Each participant explored the <strong>nine multilingual modules<\/strong> available on the <strong>FREELANCER Digital OER Platform<\/strong>, designed to build practical competences for self-employment, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial growth.<\/p>\n<p>The feedback received from participants paints a clear picture: the <strong>FREELANCER training works<\/strong>. Learners praised its <strong>clarity, practical orientation, and balanced length<\/strong>, describing it as \u201ceasy to follow,\u201d \u201cup-to-date,\u201d and \u201ca useful tool for exploring new career paths.\u201d Many appreciated the integration of <strong>theory and practice<\/strong>, which allowed them to immediately apply the knowledge gained through exercises, case studies, and reflection tasks.<\/p>\n<p>From the trainers\u2019 side, the response was equally positive. VET educators highlighted the <strong>user-friendly format<\/strong>, <strong>ready-made theory notes<\/strong>, and <strong>structured exercises<\/strong> that simplified implementation. Trainers described the materials as <em>\u201cinteresting and very practical\u201d<\/em> and emphasized how well the content aligned with learners\u2019 real-world needs.<\/p>\n<p>Across all piloting sites, partners observed a strong engagement level, particularly among job-seekers and aspiring freelancers exploring new ways of working in post-pandemic contexts. The <strong>modular and open-access design<\/strong> of the training made it adaptable to different profiles, age groups, and educational backgrounds \u2014 from recent graduates to mid-career professionals looking to update their digital and business skills.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond numbers, the piloting confirmed the <strong>impact and transferability<\/strong> of the FREELANCER model.
